Introduction to the Board of Directors
 Philipp Haas
Chairman & Ceo
Mr. Haas has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Business School for Economics, Law and Business Administration of St.Gallen, Switzerland.
He is a fluent speaker of German, French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Turkish. Mr. Haas has extensive experience in Eastern European Countries and especially in Turkey,
where he worked as an management and investment consultant since 1992. He participated in restructuring several companies in Ukraine and Turkey. During the 90’s he held board positions in,
among others, Rogan Brewery in Ukraine and Net Holding in Turkey, always representing institutional investors. Mr. Haas has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector having advised
emerging markets funds on pharmaceutical investments in Eastern Europe, including Slovakopharma and its successor company Zentiva. He is currently representing Global Equities Management
S.A. on the boards of EastPharma Ltd and Deva Holding A.S. which he chairs. In 2008 he became also the CEO of both EastPharma Ltd. and Deva Holding A.S. |

 Peter Baird
Director
Peter Baird has extensive experience in the medicalproducts
industry. Mr. Baird is the President of DJO
Incorporated, a medical-devices company based in
Vista, California. Prior to joining DJO's predecessor
company in October 2006, Mr. Baird served as a Principal
at McKinsey & Company, where he was one of the
leaders of the private-equity and healthcare practices.
At McKinsey, he concentrated on serving healthcare
clients on a wide range of strategic and transactional
issues, with a particular focus on growth strategies and
operational improvements for mid-sized medical device
and pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Baird graduated
from Stanford Business School with an MBA with high
distinction (Arjay Miller Scholar). He holds a Master of
Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cape
Town, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and
in Political Theory from Bates College. Mr. Baird is a
Chartered Financial Analyst.

 Mesut Çetin
Director
Mesut Çetin, 1979, is the Vice-Chairman of Board of Directors and
Assistant General Manager in charge of Finance at Deva Holding.
Mr. Çetin is experienced in various areas of financial markets
including fund administration, fund accounting, company research
activities, trading, financial management, private equity operations.
Between the years 2005 and 2006, Mr. Çetin worked as the manager in
charge of operations within the structure of GEM Global Equities
Management S.A. and also worked as a project manager in private equity
operations within the same group. Mr. Çetin holds a BSc in Mathematics
from Boğaziçi University, Istanbul. |

 John Coombe-Tennant
Director
Mr. Coombe-Tennant is the managing director of Port
Tennant Co Ltd. and responsible for the company's
equity and real estate investment operations. Prior to
joining Port Tennant, Mr. Coombe-Tennant worked for
the London and Hong Kong offices of Société Générale
between 1997 and 2001 where he specialized in global
emerging markets and UK financial institutions. Mr.
Coombe-Tennant worked for Jardine Fleming Securities
in equity and sales research between 1992 and 1997,
the Economist Intelligence Unit (as a banking consultant
between 1989 and 1991), Euromoney Publications (as
an assistant editor between 1988 and 1989) and
Cazenove & Co (as an associate director in the equity
fund management division between 1980 and 1987).
Mr. Coombe-Tennant holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
in English and American studies from the University of
East Anglia in the United Kingdom. |

 Aysel Ölçen Aydıner
Director
Member of the Board of Directors Aysel Ölçen Aydıner, was born in 1976 and
is a Member of the Board of Directors of EastPharma Ltd, works as the Chief
Legal Advisor of EastPharma Ltd, GEM Global Equities Management S.A. and GEM
Private Equity Partners S.A. Previously, Aysel Olcen Aydiner acted as legal
consultant to a number of multinational companies operating in Turkey and
internationally. Aysel graduated from the Department of Law at Ankara
University and she is still continuing her LL.M. in Business Law at Bilgi
University.
Mrs. Aysel Olcen Aydiner is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Deva
Holding A.S. and its subsidiaries.

 Christoph Sven Hoffmann
Independent Director
Mr. Hoffmann is an attorney and consultant specialized
in commercial law and in the establishment of
international distribution networks for consumer goods.
Mr. Hoffmann worked for Roche in Switzerland,
Argentina, Peru and as a Regional Manager of the
Pharmaceutical Division in Hong Kong between 1983
and 1991. Mr. Hoffmann holds a Licentiate of Law
degree from the University of Basel in Switzerland. |

 Beat Schlagenhauf
Independent Director
Mr. Beat Schlagenhauf is an investment consultant and
portfolio manager acting through his own company,
Schlagenhauf & Partner Portfolio Management AG of Zurich, Switzerland.
Before founding his own company in 1987, Mr. Schlagenhauf
served as portfolio manager and vice president of Rothschild Bank
also of Zurich for nine years. |
